Dear idRC Participant,

idRc2026, being organized with the pioneership of Middle East Technical University with the theme of “Resilience in the age of Information Technologies" will be held on 2-4 November.

idRc2026 will be held in Ankara.

We will be more than glad to welcome you with your work within the scope of Resilience concept in this organization which is aimed at presenting and discussing studies from various disciplines working on Resilience concept on a common platform.

Paper submission and registration of the participants for idRc 2026 will be made through https://kongresistemi.com/idrc2026/

We will ask you to fill in the requested information completely.

You can upload your abstracts until September 18, 2026.

Submitting full papers is optional.

Submitted full papers will be published in “idRc2026 Full Paper Proceedings” after a refereeing process.

Participants who do not want to send full paper can also submit their improved version of their work to the journal of Resilience.

The language of the congress is both Turkish and English.

Studies from all disciplines related to resilience in our congress.

Your submissions will be evaluated by the Double Blind Referee method.

After evaluation, you will be notified through the system about the ACCEPTANCE / RESPONSIBILITY status of your papers until October 2, 2026.

The full texts of the papers presented will be evaluated and published in the book “idRc 2026 Full Papers”.

Participants, who wish, can extend and develop their papers to submit them as articles in Resilience Journal through the link “http://dergipark.gov.tr/resilience”.

Congress participation fee is 50 Euro for Student Participant and 100 Euro for Other Participants. Papers with incomplete registration will not be included in the program.
